SO with little hesitation, I purchased it for myself. I am not a fan of perfumes at all, but this scent is nothing like the hard, smell-me-a-mile-away, kinda thing you are used to. Perfumes are not to really smell like an addition to the body, but a gentle enhancement to a woman's ( or man's) own body chemistry, and when I finally purchased this size, I was already planning on getting the bigger size next. Valentino has a sort of gentle smell to it. Its perfect for the warm months and its so versatile that you can wear it perfectly to the office and to a formal occasion. I thought it was going to be 'old ladyish', totally not that at all. It's a very fresh scent without being overwhelming! I get compliments on it ALL the time! I'm 21 years old and love it, a co-worker loved it and bought it that is 45 years old and not to mention my resident whom is 80 and loves it! The diamond shape of the bottle drew my attention right to this one. When the scent reached my nose- it was AMAZING! I'd never smelt anything so sensual and sexy before.
