This perfume is amazing! It smells so good, and it lasts ALL DAY LONG. I spray it 3 times: on my wrist, my neck, and on my shirt and it lasts all day. All my other perfumes fade by the time I get where I'm going, but not this one. I've owned the same bottle for a year and a half and I'm only halfway done, which is amazing because I use it almost everyday. I definitely recommend this perfume to anyone, I get compliments on it all the time, from all different types of people. It's a happy, flirty, sexy, sophisticated, fashionable scent.

I bought this perfume in the Bahamas 3 years ago......simply because my name is .....Lolita. It took me a few days to get used to the woodsy scent and the first time I actually had to wash it off. Now, I have three bottles of it. I recently bought Lempicka's newest perfume "L de Lolita" and absolutely love it. It has a caramel-vanilla scent to it while Lolita has more of a whimsical smell. "L de Lolita" is actually my favorite but I alternate both perfumes so that whenever someone asks me what I am wearing....I say Lolita. People find it amusing as neither fragrance is sold in the city that I live in. I also love the bottles of both fragrances. There is also "Lolita Midnight" though I have yet to try that one.

Lolita Lempicka introduced this in the 90s and this is the first time I've purchased it. Best price I found on the net, and I smell like Fantasy Girl all day long! Highly recommended for the romantic in you. It's not real flowery, as a matter of fact, you even smell a hint of sweet licorice in it. Very different, and exceedingly feminine. I love it!

I've read reviews on other sites about how this doesn't last long. I beg to differ! Perfumes have different reactions to everyone's skin. Perfume does not last long on my skin, but this one lasted a good while when I tried it (even more than Nina, which is way more expensive). It smells exactly like baby powder...nothing else to really say about that. Considering the 1 ounce bottle is $20, this is a great deal. The bottle is HUGE, so I'm hoping it will last for some time. I bought it as a mom's day gift. Oftentimes when I go to Sephora or Ulta, this is sold out, and they don't even sell the 4 oz version. So I really suggest you buy this one!!

I really liked this fragrance, but will have to consider investing in a travel size to freshen up throughout the day because for my body chemistry, it definitely has no staying power.

While the products are all as described, the service from Demeter Fragrance Library left much to be desired. I placed an order of 1 full sized cologne spray and two samples. My order came with a free sample which was delightful, except that one sample arrived completely shattered and the sample spray pump did not work. I contacted Demeter Fragrance Library immediately to report the issue and was advised that if I were to return the defective products they would be more than happy to exchange or replace them. I was told I would be refunded for the shipping cost for having to mail my damaged products back to them. This was not the case. While they sent me new products and refunded me for the one item I returned, I was not reimbursed shipping and it took me a week to get a hold of someone at the company who told me that they never reimburse shipping back unless you return the whole order. However, this was not what I was told the first time I called or I would have never sent it back... Read more

I've generally been a one-cologne guy -- I had settled into using Acqua di Gio for a number of years, after having used Nautica for a number of years as well. When she got pregnant several months ago, my wife confessed to me that she really didn't like Acqua di Gio (this after two years! Pregnancy does heighten sensitivity to smell, though).

I still had some Nautica around, plus the original and no-longer-made Zegna scent from Spain, so I used those for a while. I then bought the newest Zegna cologne, "Z", after my wife smelled it and found it unobjectionable.

Well, no sooner had I bought the Z then my wife found a scratch and sniff of Curve in some magazine and said that I really should be using that. The next day we happened to be at K-Mart -- K-MART!!! -- for some household odds and ends, and my wife came across a display of Curve. She insisted on buying it for me.

I purchased Curve when i saw that Amazon had the 6.8 ounce for $24 and thought it was an excellent deal. I checked the ratings to make sure it was an original and there were only a couple complaints so I went ahead and purchased it. I just received it 2 days ago, but didn't try it until today.

To my surprise, i found out that this is not an original Curve for men. I have a 4.2 ounce bottle that I've been using for several years now and this 6.8 ounce is a diluted version of that. Like some of the others have mentioned, the smell only lasts a fraction of the original. At first i thought it was just me so i asked my parents, both of whom have bought or used Curve. They both agreed there was something wrong with it, especially with the strength of the smell(i had not told them it was fake at this point). As a result we came to unanimous conclusion. Well I got my bottle of Curve today along with another couple of colognes on the "So you'd like to...start wearing cologne" guide on amazon that I have been purchasing by. With all my newfound knowledge about cologne history, perspective, and opinions, I used these colognes to give an informative speech this evening in my public speaking course, complete with all the bottles present. I sprayed CURVE onto myself when it arrived, and now I am comparing all of the new scents to my favorites so far, HUGO and CANDIES. My impression was that it was more serious than Hugo, had a sweetish overtone combined with musk, and then there was sort of a greenish bitter forest type scent to it that I wasn't crazy about. I think I may have been dissappointed at first, but that soon changed. After about fifteen minutes the smell got to be really good and the elements I hadn't liked were gone or had matured into subtle forms that went well together.
